RSHP Project Announcement

We are delighted to announce that Kirsty Moffatt has been appointed as our new RSHP Project Leader. The project will implement an essential review of Relationships, Sexual Health & Parenthood (RSHP) resources and materials and produce additional material from a Christian worldview. Earlier in the year, the Free Church of Scotland General Assembly endorsed a partnership with CVE Scotland and the associated project plans to deliver suitable alternative resources based on a Christian worldview.

The project aims to address an issue of real concern for many teachers, parents and young people in Scotland. Initially this is a 12-month project, headed up by the Project Leader who will analyse the present materials available and oversee the creation of new materials where that is necessary. By the end of the 12-month period we aim to have a range of web-based resources with engaging video material which are easily accessible, user-friendly, and which teachers can use with confidence.
