Conflict: Whole School Learning Context (Ten Must Know Bible Stories Case Study)

This Case Study outlines how the lesson plans and activities for the Ten Commandments topic (Ten Must Know Bible Stories) were embedded in a whole had a whole school context of ‘conflicts’ for a term at Middleton Park School (Aberdeen).

A brief but helpful outline of the term-long event links to highly detailed resources and lesson plans on the specific topic of the Ten Commandments.

This Case Study comes from the “Ten Must Know Bible Stories” website https://tenbiblestories.org/ , collaboratively produced by Sue Thomson (Schools Worker, St Columba’s Church of Scotland, Aberdeen) and local teachers. All materials have been used in school, and have been exceptionally well received by staff and pupils alike. The project aims to encourage and inspire teachers and chaplains to explore Bible Stories, using them to embed RME across the curriculum.
