NET Ministries Scotland

NET = National Evangelisation Teams

NET Ministries Scotland (netscotland.org) are passionate about evangelising through witnessing faith, sharing hope and inspiring young people.

Year of Mission

Each year they send out a team of young adults whose mission is to share their faith in Catholic schools and parishes in Scotland and England for 10 months. These missionaries live a life of prayer, community, and mission to inspire young people to love Christ and embrace the life of the Church.

Day Retreats

A day set aside to encounter Jesus. Their team proclaims the Gospel to young people through games, dramas, small group discussions, and sharing their personal stories. The day finishes with a time for the youth to pray and respond to the invitation of God’s love.

Chaplaincy Team Support

Their team spends four weeks in a school accompanying young people on their journey of faith through conversation, in small group discussions, prayer groups and social times. Their living witness of the Gospel enhances the culture of faith in school and encourages students to live their lives with Jesus.
