Zoe Carter’s books for young children

Matthew Mouse

When I get to the stage of being able to read a story without looking at the text I can safely say: “That book’s a hit. My seven year old grandson has asked for this story so many times that I know Matthew Mouse off by heart.
Matthew learns (the hard way) that there is a difference between being kind to everyone and being a friend of everyone.

Excellent Edward

Edward feels thoroughly miserable. He is not like any other elephant he knows. He even wonders if perhaps he isn’t an elephant at all. In this amusing and touching story Edward learns to accept himself, inside and out. He learns too that God never makes mistakes.

Author Zoe Carter says : “I wrote the story specifically thinking about gender issues, but I hope it shall have a wider application as well about self-acceptance. ”

Zoe Carter’s series of books convey important lessons in a way that young children enjoy, available on Amazon.
