Serve Your Local School Administrator Vacancy

Serve Your Local School is looking for a part-time administrator.
Serve Your Local School aims to inspire and equip Scottish churches to engage more in their local schools.
We are looking for someone who can offer 2 hours a week at £15 an hour. This role can be done from home and the person will be supported by the SYLS committee. The role will initially be for January to March 2020 with potential to extend.
The particular tasks needed are the following:  

• Review and update the SYLS website with new ideas and stories 
• Promote and keep the SYLS facebook page active 
• Deal with any enquiries about Serve Your Local School  
• Advise the SYLS steering group on how to improve the SYLS website

The person needs to have (or be willing to learn) basic web editing skills and be active on social media. They need to show initiative and flair and be committed to the purpose of encouraging churches to be involved in schools. We would hope that this person can start in January 2020.
