It will be worth getting to London on 18th March for the Association of Christian Teacher’s annual conference. Much of the conference is looking at how teachers can learn from and apply Jesus’ teaching methods in the classroom, and will apply to teaching in Scotland as well as in England.
SATURDAY, 18 MARCH 2023, 11:00-16:00
Much has been written on the topic of teaching well. Pedagogical experts are full of techniques and wisdom. And tips from experts are helpful and should be consulted. But are we, as Christian Educators, seriously considering the ways in which Jesus demonstrated mastery of instructional methods as He taught individuals, small groups, and large crowds?
By considering the teaching style of Jesus as a model, we’ll surely grow in our own professional proficiency, as well as reflecting more of our saviour’s heart for those who don’t yet know him.
Join us at our conference as we consider how to better reflect our saviour’s teaching methods and a myriad of other topics pertinent to the Christian teacher. As well as our keynote presentation, we’ll have seminars, a range of exhibitors, and an opportunity to network with other Christians in Education.
