Care for the Family: Around the Kitchen Table Conference

Thursday 7th November 2019, Perth

Care for the Family warmly invites you to Around the Kitchen Table, a free day for church leaders and workers. There will be time and space to explore together the role we have to play in encouraging families to nurture faith.

Care for the Family published a research report, Faith in our Families, in 2016. This lead to the launch of The Kitchen Table Project – a campaign which aims to encourage and support parents and carers in passing on faith in their families.

We will hear from

  • Mark Chester, founder of Who Let The Dads Out?
  • Jen Robertson, Children’s Resources Manager for the Scottish Bible Society
  • Rev. Rob Fraser-Binns, Pastor for the under 25’s at Stirling Baptist Church
  • Bruce Lockhart, Regional Worker for Scripture Union Scotland

So, please join us as we explore the latest research, share with each other, find out about resources, and be inspired to empower the parents and carers in your church.
