Scripture Union Scotland online resources

SU Scotland have produced many online and off-line resources in different formats for the whole range of early years to end of Secondary (and beyond).

Of particular mention during the Coronavirus pandemic are the following, which have been written/adapted especially for use during these next few months:-

It’s Your Move is a transition resource for Primary 7s, which can be used at home, in schools, in church or youth group settings. The resource is based on the SU England and Wales material, and highlights CHANGES, CHALLENGES AND CHOICES that young people face as they move into S1.  There will be a video based look at the Bible and how Joshua navigated the changes, challenges and choices on his journey.  Alongside this there will be quizzes, challenges and times of reflection around the themes of change, challenge and choice.  We are hoping it will be fun, engaging and helpful for P7s who won’t be getting to transition to High School in the normal way. You can read more about It’s Your Move on our website here.

It’s Your Move resource has now gone live and can be downloaded on the Scripture Union website. Download here

SU Scotland’s Equip! and Spotlight events are going online in April to June. Equip! and Spotlight events aim to help Christian young people think through why the Christian faith is true in the face of the big questions of today and then live it out in one of the hardest places to be a Christian: school …. or, at the moment, on social media with your friends!

SU Groups Explore Online is an opportunity to explore the Bible at home whilst school SU groups are unable to run. Each week the SU webpage will be updated with primary and secondary SU group sessions.
