School Staff and Chaplains Together Online! (Western Isles 8th June)
“Wouldn’t it be great to share with other Christians who work in schools, with similar responsibilities, pressures and challenges as me, and reflect on what the Bible is saying to us on the Western Isles right now?
What if I could share with others who understand, who are interested in the same things as me and we can pray together for our schools, pupils and wider communities? What if we can build relationships and prayer networks for ourselves and others which go beyond lockdown restrictions?”
What difference will it make to join in with one of our online events, not just to you, but to the whole school community and beyond?
Why not register (email cve@cve-scotland.org.uk) to join the meeting for school staff and school chaplains in the Western Isles on Monday 8th June at 8.00 – 8.45pm and find out for yourself the encouragement that many others have found by coming along to one of our events. Rev. Steve Younger, Megan Patterson and others at CVE Scotland warmly welcome you to this event. Others (e.g. ministers, schools workers) with a particular interest in supporting Christian schools work are also very welcome to attend.
This event marks the approximate anniversary of Steve Younger’s visit to Stornoway, from where he provided school chaplaincy training for chaplains and school SMT members across some of the islands using V-tech video conferencing facilities, and also the anniversary of Megan Patterson’s visit to Stornoway where she met with and encouraged a group of school staff members. They are looking forward to meeting you again, this time everyone will be joining by video link!
